BH5441 - Fabulous spacious town-home in the heart of Bear Hollow Village, located at the base of the Utah Olympic Park.
Two major Ski and Snowboarding Resorts are within minutes. There are four others within a 45 minute drive.

This spacious town-house has a large fully equipped kitchen, dining room with an expandable table (seats up to 10), family room with new large HDTV, downstairs private den with full bath, and a private hot tub and gas BBQ on the deck.
The town-house has a spacious open floor plan with 5 different sleeping areas. The master suite (Bedroom #1) has a King bed and a balcony with a great view of the mountains and ski-areas. Bedroom #2 has twin Bunks. Bedroom #3 has a Queen bed. Bedroom #4 has a Double bed. Bedroom #5 is a large downstairs private den with a full bath and a Queen bed and a Queen sofa sleeper. The full size washer and dryer are located upstairs. We recently installed 3 new LG Portable AC units. They are located in the Master, the bedroom next to the guest bath and in the living room.
Entertainment options include a new 46 inch HD TV, Wii and X-Box 360 with Kinect video game players, and a BOSE sound system compatible with your iPhone and iPod. There are also 6 pairs of boot dryers. No more drying ski and snowboard boots by the fireplace and hoping they'll be dry in the morning. Also, you won't have to remove your boot liners every night.
Within a short walk is a large club-house with workout facilities, a large jacuzzi, a pool (summer only), and a living area with a wood fireplace, wide screen TV, computer and a printer.
The free shuttle stop at the entrance to Bear Hollow is a short 3 minute walk. Great restaurants and shopping are only a half mile away in the Redstone shopping area. The town-home is close to the Tanger Outlet Mall and about a 7 minute drive to old town Park City.

this is our second time staying at this house -- once in summer and once in winter. we love the location and set up for our family and friends. Its really close to restaurants and Whole Foods (good for the family) and 5 minutes from all the mountains. A perfect place in a perfect location. And most important, the managers and owners are wonderful people.
We just got back from a great trip in Park city. The house was great. We had eight people and had more than enough room. Comfortable beds. Very good location for skiing at PCMR and Canyons. There was 18 inches of snow the last 2 days and the neighborhood roads/driveway were kept in great conditions. We really enjoyed the hot tub. Very easy setting up the rental and checking in. No complaints from our group. Highly recommended.
Came here with a group of friends for a ski trip. The unit was very conveniently located ~5 minutes from Canyons Resort. Also not difficult to find. Ample garage space (although it won't fit a suburban inside the garage). The house, specifically the family room/kitchen is much bigger than the pictures seem. Also given that they provide two inflatable single mattresses, the house could technically sleep 14 people. Had plentiful plates/pans/pots for cooking. Hot tub worked great. Downstairs room may be a little cold but that is to be expected. Would strongly consider staying here again if visiting.
The condo was clean and ready for our arrival. We have a fairly big family and there was plenty of room for all. The owner answered all our questions and the manager and his wife were very helpful and answered all our questions. We would highly recommend this condo to all who want to visit the Park City area.
This property was a wonderful place. The unite had great space! We had a full crowd but we didn't feel crowded at all! The beds were nice; the kitchen was big and great to cook in with multiple cookers; It was clean and comfortable! It was very convenient to everything in Park City. The property manager was great to work with and was always there if we needed anything. I would recommend this to anyone that wants to get away and have an enjoyable time. We will defiantly stay here again!
Everything was really nice. The location was great and the appearance and amenities perfect. There was plenty of room for everyone. It was very spacious and open. It seemed very clean other than some of the blankets on the beds so we washed those, but everything else was great. I would definitely recommend this property to a friend or relatives and we would love to come and stay again.
We were very pleased with this rental overall. We had a family reunion and many people staying all in one place. This rental accommodated us fine with plenty of room. We enjoyed the outdoor deck even though it was too hot to use the hot tub! No air conditioning, so keep that in mind if you're renting during the summer, but even still, we used the shades and opened up the windows at night to cool things down. The manager was very responsive and provided us with lots of fans! We enjoyed the pool and main lodge, and liked that we were close to many shops, bowling, and free concerts at Redstone.
The house was in excellent condition and well greeted by property manager at the house upon arrival who was very helpful to make our stay as pleasant as possible. House was well equipped to make it as close as "home away from home". I have no suggestion for this house to make any improvements... I would recommend this house without any reservations.
This is a well-located unit with good access to the 3 Park City ski resorts. It is well-managed and has a good local response contact (always important) if any problem should arise. The 3 story design gives good separation among bedroom and kitchen & living areas. Fifth BR bunk beds are suitable for kids but not adults. Recommended.
This is a well-located unit in a nice development with easy access to the Park City ski areas as well as Alta & Snowbird. The home is 3 story with good separation of living and sleeping areas. Bottom floor (2nd living area) has a queen bed & shower, middle floor is living, kitchen & dining, top floor has 4 bedrooms & 2 baths, king, 2 queens & room with 2 bunk beds (recommend for kids only). Lots of hot water available for showers (always important) and a nice array of cooking equipment. Local management is available for any problems.
Fabulous getaway destination! Great location and close to all the ski areas; town-home very well laid out with an incredible kitchen....great for groups of friends/families....nice privacy with the bedrooms and the common areas well designed and decorated for gatherings. Very relaxed decor....you immediately feel "at home!" You'll be sure to get a good night sleep...comfy beds and clean, updated bathrooms. Nice size deck with large hot-tub to end your day on the slopes! Would highly recommend town-home!
We stayed here with another family and had a great stay. It was a great location near the factory stores and Olympic Park. The hot tub was very nice to have right out on the deck. The furnishings are nice and the kitchen had all the dishes, pans, and utensils that we needed for our stay. It was a very nice getaway for us.
We had the pleasure of staying at this beautiful house last winter and loved every minute of it. Home location is fantastic - short drive to ski areas and great restaurants. Deluxe kitchen and spacious floor plan made the time in the house very enjoyable. Easy access from garage with nice ski storage. Really enjoyed deck with hot tub. Pictures don't do it justice!
