Ridgepoint Luxury Chalet - This luxurious 2,137 square foot town-home offers ski-in/ski-out convenience to Deer Valley Resort. It was remodeled a few years ago and it is very comfortable and decorated with the finest furnishings, we recently added a brand new private hot tub. It is one of the nicest units in Ridgepoint. It includes three-bedrooms, two and a half baths, plus a full loft, making it ideal for your vacation. It is a corner unit and much larger and nicer than the standard Ridgepoint town-homes.
Nestled in the mountains at over 8,000 feet, you ski-out your front door on an access trail that leads to the Last Chance and then the Success ski runs and finally to Snow Park Lodge. Note: These trails are low intermediate and not appropriate for beginners. On the way home, take the HomeStake or Carpenter Express chair and then take the SilverLink trail to the access trail and then it is a short 5 minute walk.
Over-sized windows offer vistas of the mountains while providing natural lighting. In the summer, hike or mountain bike on the slopes of Deer Valley or Park City, walk to Silver Lake Lodge for shopping or dinner, or enjoy the on-site pool and tennis court.
For entertainment there are two large flat screen 50 inch TV’s and two 32 inch TV's. All the TVs come with ROKU players and there are also two DVD players. There are plenty of board games to play while you enjoy a hot-chocolate or glass of wine by the great room fireplace. The gourmet kitchen is fully stocked with stainless steel appliances, a custom copper and stainless steel range hood and granite counter-tops. There is a large breakfast bar that seats 6 and a dining table that seats 6. There is a new gas BBQ on the deck with an extra tank. If you don't feel like cooking, there are six 5 Star restaurants within a half mile at Silver Lake Village or over 40 establishments that deliver.
Spaciousness surrounds the home’s three main levels. The three bedrooms, two full baths and lower deck are downstairs, ensuring that others will not disturb your sleep. The master suite on this level includes a king bed, en-suite bath and TV. The second bedroom has a queen bed and TV and the third bedroom includes a twin and a full bed. The loft has a bunk with 2 twins as well as a 3rd twin. The foyer and a powder room comprise the entrance level. The main floor includes the living room, dining room, kitchen, and den.
Right outside the front door is a convenient locked over-sized covered ski-closet which is large enough to hold the ski equipment and gear for your entire group. There is a community hot-tub just 50 feet from the town-home. This is open year around.
Finally, there are parking spaces in the underground garage, additional outside parking in front of the town-home and the free complementary Park City-Deer Valley shuttle stop is a short walk.
We have professional property managers who live in Park City. They will meet you when you arrive. Also, they are available at any time if you need anything during your stay such as extra towels or help with any of the amenities.

Also, you can cancel up to 60 days in advance for any reason and receive a full refund*. The floor plan of this unit was beautifully designed to accommodate a large family group with diverse interests. It was beautifully decorated and quite clean. Our complaints were a few as follows: the downstairs master shower head could use an upgrade and it needs a corner shelf to make it easier to hold shampoo, soap and shavers. They are both very cheap! Also, the center curtain rod holder in the master bedroom was falling out of the wall over the sliding door that went out to the hot tub. Cobwebs were found in the corner of the window seat under the corner pillows in the middle bedroom and there were many bent screens that didn’t fit on many of the windows, which need to be open for ventilation during warm summer days. Some screens were not even on the windows and were bent on the floors next to the widows. We had a wasp flying around inside because the screens didn’t fit well. Truly all else was wonderful. Just a bit of tweaking. It is such a cool place but those little things matter.
Comfortable beds and lots of space to be together, or go to your separate corners. Travelled with 3 teenagers who loved the Netflix and intuitive UI on the TV. Living and kitchen space are updated with big comfy couches and a great dining table. We especially loved the sitting area next to the kitchen. Bedrooms were comfortable but could use an update. Bathrooms are nice, but the sink area in the master and 1 guest bedroom are open to the hall and bedroom, with no privacy for getting dressed, brushing teeth, etc. You have to go into the toilet area for that...or in the master you can just shut the door to the entire bedroom. We enjoyed the ski-out, but ski-in is trickier. Some days we found it easier to valet our skis and boots mid-mountain, put on our after-ski boots and walk back to the condo without having to carry equipment.
We very much enjoyed our stay for our group of 4. While parts of the unit are a little older it's in great shape and key parts of the unit have had recent upgrades making it overall very nice. Especially the kitchen has obviously been recently remodeled so it as very nice and well equipped. We especially enjoyed the smaller seating area adjacent to the kitchen which made for great conversation while cooking, which we did a lot of. While we didn't try the ski in/out feature because the snow wasn't great while we visited, it was only a 10 min walk or short drive to the Silver Lake Lodge and only a short drive to downtown Park City so its in a great location. We would definitely stay here again.
The condo has 3 floors, but my elderly mother could do the small amount of stairs well. Three bedrooms are on the bottom floor with 2 bathrooms. Kitchen and living areas up about 8 stairs. The loft is shown in the picture and sleeps 3 with a small table and games area. The main floor is where we spent most of our time and is stocked well with a full kitchen, table seats 8 and barstools for 6. Two separate living areas allowed for different TV watching with a separate but all together experience. The kitchen is well stocked with pans, mixing bowls, etc. Bring an extra roll of paper towels, we ran out and the grocery store is not close. We also had to replace batteries to make the fireplace work, lucky we had some. Small items that the management would most likely not know beforehand. There was lots of bedding and towels. The hot tub worked well. Beautiful location and quiet. We loved our stay and would recommend it.
Glad to hear you had a great stay. I do apologize for not having enough rolls of paper towels on hand. We do provide plenty of toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, dishwasher detergent, laundry detergent, cleaning supplies etc. We stock the property with more than enough of these items to last your entire stay. For some reason, we didn't follow through with that in your case. If you come visit again, I'm sure the property will be very well stocked.
From booking to the stay, the property manager's response time was amazing. The property itself was clean and very comfortable, we were 4 adults and 4 kids and never felt tight! We enjoyed being able to ski in/out, ski access was no more than 30 feet from the house. Deer Valley is our new favorite ski spot!! Would definitely stay here again.
Location, Location, Location! Our family of 6 enjoyed our Ski Trip to Deer Valley and felt completely at home at Ridgepoint! The kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans, bowls etc.. Which made it very easy to prepare meals. I loved the living spaces on the main floor! The Each space had great furniture and a TV in each space that was perfect for March Madness!! This condo is definitely ski out and an easy "Ski In"! The walk is not far at all! We had beginners in the group that did not ski out. BUT it was an easy 2 min uber drive to Silver Lake Lodge! Overall, we enjoyed our Vacation and can't wait to stay at this location again! :)
Owner and property manager were very helpful and easy to work with. Condo is well appointed, comfortable and large. Ski out access is truly great - 30 feet from the door and you're in skis. Close to the shops of Silver Lake Village. It was very snowy when were were there and - aside from access to the community hot tub - snow removal was very good. That said, if arriving in winter you will prefer having a 4wd vehicle. We hope to return again!
Owner and property manager were responsive and quickly answered all questions. The location is great for skiing. The condo is well appointed with all the amenities. We have children ages 6 through 9 and it provided plenty of space for kids and adults alike - the loft area filled with board games was their favorite hang out. I highly recommend it.
