Welcome to Greyhawk in beautiful Park City/Deer Valley, home to world-class skiing, dining and shopping. Located 30 minutes from Salt Lake City, Park City features two fabulous ski resorts: Deer Valley Resort, ranked as one of North America's top skiing destinations and Park City Mountain Resort which is now the largest Ski and Snowboard Resort in the United States. This modern spacious Greyhawk town-home is super convenient and located close to everything. It is less than a mile from Deer Valley Resort (Snow Park Lodge) and within walking distance (half mile) to Park City's historic main street. The shuttle bus service is free, and the shuttle stop is located right in front of the town-home for a quick ride to either of the ski resorts, Old Town or the grocery store. Deer Valley resort is just a two-minute drive or Shuttle bus ride, and Park City Mountain Resort is less than 10 minutes away.
After a day of skiing or snowboarding, come home to enjoy your warm, inviting 3 bedroom, 2 1/2 bath retreat. Enjoy a soak in the private hot-tub on the patio. Cook a nice dinner in the large, open kitchen which is fully-stocked and has granite counter-tops. Enjoy a glass of wine by the fire, or just relaxing with family and friends. The living room features a large flat-screen TV (55") over the gas fireplace. There is also a Sonos sound system for playing your favorite music.
The master suite occupies the third floor, with a brand new King bed, flat-screen TV and large walk-in closet. An en-suite bathroom features granite counter-tops, updated fixtures, a glass-door shower and a whirlpool soaking tub. There is also a love seat that folds out to a single bed in the closet if needed. Two bedrooms on the lower level share an updated full bath. One of the bedrooms also has a brand new King bed and the other has bunk beds for 2. All bedrooms are located away from the main living space, making this a perfect place for families or groups. A laundry room with a washer and dryer and half bath are also located on the main level.
Enjoy heated, underground parking with access to the elevator. This will take you to the heated walkway leading to your front door. The town-home is located towards the back of the complex so it is nice and quiet and there is almost no street noise.
We have an amazing local management company that will meet you when you arrive and make sure you’re set up and comfortable. If you need help with anything they are available 24-7.

What a great spot to enjoy Park City. The Townhouse was clean and comfortable. The layout is ideal for two families. We were two couples and enjoyed the privacy with a master suite on the 3rd level with King size bed and a private & cozy lower level bedroom, also with King size bed and full bath. Very private from others staying with you. The living room is inviting and the kitchen is fully equipped and well stocked. We enjoyed the outdoor hot tub with a nice beverage. The security coded lower level garage with an elevator added to our comfort. The free shuttle in front of the property was a very convenient way to get around. The location is near everything and an easy walk to restaurants and shops on Main Street. Looking forward to our next visit to Park City and plan on staying in this unit again. Skip & Paula
