This is a luxury 2300 square foot, vacation home. It is a tri-level home with four bedrooms, three and a half bathrooms and a private den. It is a great place to relax and will comfortably sleep ten to twelve people. Bear Hollow Village is a new vacation community close to these ski resorts: The Canyons (two miles), Park City (five miles) and Deer Valley (seven miles).
With new furniture, the main level of the home is an ideal gathering place. The gourmet kitchen with stainless steel appliances and granite counter tops overlooks the family room with its gas fireplace. From anywhere in these rooms you have a great view of the 50 inch LED HDTV with surround sound or look outside through the picture windows and see a view of the Wasatch mountains and the Nature Preserve. A large private Jacuzzi and gas BBQ are on the deck off the kitchen. The internet was recently upgraded to 400 Mbps
The master bedroom is located upstairs and has a four poster bed with a queen-size European plush pillow top mattress set. It has its own private deck looking out towards the mountains and the nature preserve. It also has a 32' LED TV. The second and third bedrooms also have queen-size Euro pillow top beds and the second bedroom includes a TV. The fourth bedroom has a bunk bed combo with the bottom being a full-size bed and the top a twin. This room also has a TV and video game player. Two bathrooms and a laundry room are also located on the upstairs level. There is an extra twin mattress in the closet as well as 2 blow up beds.
The private downstairs den has its own full bath with shower, LCD TV with DVD, XBox video game player with games, queen bed, and two twin beds. A 2 car garage is attached. Wireless and wired high speed Internet access is included. Sleds and saucers are included for the kids. Also, the Gorgoza park for sledding and tubing is only a 7 minute drive.
Nearby you will find the village park and the new clubhouse. Its amenities include an exercise room, LED TV, fireplace, a computer with high speed Internet access, kitchen, locker-rooms, and a community pool with Jacuzzi.

Large accommodating 5 bdrm condo with hot tub. Plenty of room to entertain 12-15 people and not feel like you are on top of each other. 10-15 mins to the slopes without traffic, with traffic is another story. 5 mins to groceries and outlet shopping. Great location! $10 uber to downtown park city.
I'm glad you enjoyed your stay. It is about 10 minutes (without traffic) to the base of Park City Mountain Resort near old town. We are much closer to the Canyons base area of Park City Mountain Resort (only 2 miles) Even with traffic this is a very easy and quick drive.
It fit all of our family very comfortably. We had a large group. It felt super homey. With 13 people, you don't eat out much so we cooked at home. We realized that the knives were pretty dull and the option of pots and pans were limited. Overall it was a great experience!
A great house for our company staff during the Outdoor Retailer Summer Market. Plenty of room for our group, big kitchen for cooking meals, and comfortable living room for kicking back. Lovely view of the meadow from the front windows. Watched the opening of the Olympics on the nice big TV. Vermont Castings grill for grilling and good sized hot tub for hot tubbing - all very handy. The unit is a short walk to the complex pool and fitness room. The location in Bear Hollow makes it easy to jump on the interstate to get down to downtown SLC. And Kimball Junction has everything you could want for shopping and dining. Great to have Whole Foods and a Staples nearby. Loved the pizza at Maxwell's and the margaritas at Loco Lizard. Lastly, we were impressed with the friendliness and helpfulness of the local property manager. Nice service. Would stay again.
This was a very large spacious location. We comfortably had ourselves, 2 married children and 2 single children (8 adults) and three children under 6. The owner arranged to have 2 pool passes which made it possible for all of us to go to the pool at once, although we didn't use it. The hot tub on the deck was also very nice and they provided plenty of towels. There was great proximity to the Olympic Park and shopping.
We decided to do a close-to-home "staycation" with three of our adult children, their spouses and our grandkids. There were 12 of us and plenty of room for all. We enjoyed the amenities including the private hot tub and grill. In fact, the grandkids especially love the family dinners in the huge kitchen and dining area. We also took walks at night and felt extremely safe. The Olympic Park is also close by and we spent a day exploring -- great time! Larry, the owner, and John, the property manager were wonderful to work with. John met us upon arrival and explained everything about the house. The only reason I am not giving it 5 stars is the lack of air conditioning on the main level which John fully explained when we arrived (we were there during the hottest week though) and the community swimming pool is on the small side considering the amount of guests that stay there. Despite that, we would definitely stay here again!
We lived working with these folks. The house was a perfect fit for us to meet our children and their families. Close to alit if attractions and Salt Lake City. The house manager was there on our arrival and had all the information about the house printed and ready for us to enjoy the week. Would stay again in a heartbeat!

Overall we had a very good experience with this town home. It was clean, had plenty of beds (although the den in the basement would be better with a set of bunk beds along with the queen size bed instead of the queen and 2 twin beds. There would have been a little more room to move around in there).The kitchen was good sized and well stocked with almost everything we needed to cook. Having access to a hot tub, pool and weight room was a definite bonus. I would rent this town home again.
This condo was very spacious and clean. I am accustomed to staying at Starwood resorts such as Westins and found this property to be right inline with my expectations based on other reviews. The location is perfect as it is centrally located to the Olympic Village, Tubing, and most importantly skiing. There are numerous food choices close as well. It slept 10 very comfortably and our children loved it. Larry is very easy to work with and his manager John's service was great. I hope to come back next year and stay. The furniture was comfortable and very stylish. The bathrooms and kitchen were clean. The gas grill was a great touch so we did not have to eat out all the time. This was my first time renting not from a major hotel chain and Larry has set the bar very high with the quality of his property and service. The neighbors were very friendly as well. We met people while we were out exploring.
This townhome is close to the ski slopes and shopping too. There was plenty of room for our two families to share and be very comfortable. The furniture and amenities were first rate. The kitchen had all the amenities and we loved the Jacuzzi at the end of a long day. It was well stocked and all we had to do was buy food, everything else was there. It is our second time renting it and will rent it again.
We had a group of 14 meet for a week of ski & snow fun. The location was perfect for all the activities the group pursued. We were pleased with how well the kitchen & family room accommodated us. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook & serve our group. We really appreciated the supplies in the pantry & spices in the cabinets. The beds were all comfortable - a treat after a day on the slopes. Any maintenance issues were dealt with immediately. The only downside was the tight squeeze in the den, which was outfitted with a queen & 2 twin beds. With that much furniture there was no room for luggage nor a space to unpack. The living space in this condo is marvelous with a spacious open floor plan. The living room provides very comfortable seating for a good size group of guests that enables all to appreciate the gas fireplace, big screen TV and picture window. The property was very clean and well stocked with towels for all the bathrooms and the hot tub. The kitchen was particularly well stocked with all kinds of kitchen utensils. We also appreciated that this is an end unit - more windows and quieter than others we have rented in the past. The parking (2 garage spaces and 2 spaces on the driveway) was excellent. The private hot tub was definitely a highlight after a day of skiing! We very much enjoyed our stay in this lovely condo!
Lovely Park City Home with all kinds of nice extras! Owner was very helpful in making sure we had necessary information, and property manager was available and helpful with making sure everything worked. Plenty of dishes, towels, hot water for everyone. We loved our stay here.
We used Larrys place for a double family retreat for UEA weekend. We love to walk and there were plenty of walking trails very close. It was a short drive to downtown ParkCity and a really short drive to the outlets for shopping. We had plenty of room to lounge, sleep and eat as this is a roomy townehome. We had 12 people and a baby. Ron even supplied a portable crib which was fabulous. There are a lot of stairs which helped us justify our extra treats, but were a bit of a challenge with the 17 month old. The kids loved the jacuzzi at night and we loved sitting on the deck during the day.
My family and I spent our family reunion in this beautiful home. The owner of the home and the property manager were very nice and easy to work with. The house is beautiful and has plenty of space for our family. We celebrated my parents birthdays there and we loved it because the kitchen was fully stocked with cooking utensils, plates, cups, etc. I didn't have to worry about hauling dishes up there for the party. This home feels like home and my family and I will definitely be back to rent this beautiful home.
We had our sales team of 4 come in from the U.S, Canada, and Europe - this condo was perfect for the guys to spread out and stay comfortable rather than being cooped up in a hotel room. After being in meetings all day it was nice for them to go back and stay at a house/condo. Just a short drive to downtown Park City and a few turns away from the highway to SLC - great location with a scenic view! I recommend this place if you have a small group; it was more cost effective to rent a condo rather than individual hotel rooms for each team member - plus it was a lot nicer.
My family and extended family spent a week there playing in the Triple Crown World Series. If you are looking for the perfect location this is the one. Plenty of rooms for the family and very close to all the outlet malls and grocery stores. (Less than a mile). Also sits at the base of the Olympic Village. I would not recommend staying in downtown Park city as it is extremely crowded. If it has one downfall there are a lot of steps as it is a three-story condo.
The condo was a great place to stay for our little family reunion. Perfect size, well kept, quite and the property manager was great to work with. One item I would point out is that there is air conditioning on the top floor for the bedrooms but none on the main living area. This would probably normally not be an issue but temperatures were hot in Park City the weekend we were there. We hiked to Timpanogos Cave as a family as well as spent a day at the Hoogle Zoo. Park City is the perfect "home base" for these excursions!
My family and I stayed at this property during a March ski trip. 5 bedrooms and spacious living and dining areas make this property a perfect place for a family. The property manager was polite and attentive. I highly recommend this property.
We had an extended family reunion and had plenty of room in this great home! Plenty of room for everyone to feel comfortable. The table and kitchen were fully stocked with all the cooking and eating utensils. Since we had a lot of family, this was very important! I also ran a half marathon that weekend and the hot tub was so perfect to relax my tired legs. The only reason I'm not giving it five stars is because one of the bedroom sheets weren't changed when we arrived. An oversight, I'm certain. We've stayed in Park City many many times and I always come back to the Bear Hollow neighborhood. It has easy access to everything you need. We look forward to staying here again with our family! Glad to hear you had a great time. Sorry about the problem with the sheets on the one bed. We have a system of checks and inspections to prevent this from happening. These include inspections by both the head of the cleaning crew and the local manager. Both of them will be even more diligent in the future to prevent this from happening again. Also, we do include extra sets of clean sheets in the town-home. I hope you can come back to visit again soon.
Our family of 6 adults and 5 children just spent four days at this fantastic condo. The condo has plenty of bedrooms and the living area is spacious and comfortable. The kitchen has every thing you need to cook with - even the foodies in our family were happy. There is a great selection of movies, video games and board games. The grounds, community pool, and walking paths are beautiful and very well-kept. The owner was great to work with and the manager was very accommodating and helpful. Olympic Park is very close with fun activities such as an alpine slide and ziplines. There are also restaurants, grocery stores, and outlet shopping close by. We were very pleased with our stay and hope to be able to come back again. As was noted, the downstairs den does not have a door, but we found the room to be very quiet and private in spite of no door. I would highly recommend this condo to anyone looking for a comfortable, roomy place to stay
The accommodations were nice overall and the logistics were made very easy. Couple of items mentioned to the owner included some new linens and some supplies needs. Would recommend staying - very centralized and easy to access Park City.
I'm glad to hear you had a nice stay. You are correct about the location being very convenient. As you suggested we are replacing a few of the towels with new ones and we will be sure there are plenty of garbage bags available when guests arrive.
I booked this unit for a company ski retreat. Larry and Ron were so helpful in preparing the home and being as accommodating as possible. The inside of the unit is absolutely beautiful, such an incredible deal. For this company ski retreat, we booked 5 units in Bear Hollow and Larry's was by far the best! Thank you Larry!
The accommodations were great and close to Park City, Canyons and Deer Valley.great shopping and restaurants very close. I definitely recommend having a car to get to places. The private hot tub was extremely convenient and the kitchen was great for a group to cook in. Very spacious and clean with great allocation if rooms and beds. We highly recommend this property.
We rented this house the 2nd week of Feb. 2014. It was us, (2 adults, 2 kids), 1 other family (2 adults, 1 kid) and a single. The layout of the house worked well for us. The kitchen is completely stocked with all of the basics. Wal-mart, a grocery store (plus a Whole Foods) and other shopping is about 5 mins down the road. Canyons Resort was about 5-7 mins down the road, Park City Mountain Resort was 10-12 mins and Deer Valley was around 12-15mins. After having rented ski-in/ski-out properties in the past, I was a little concerned that this would be too far off the mountain. It wasn't at all. It was an easy drive to all of the resorts. The property owner as well as the property manager were great to work with.
The owner of this house made us feel right at home and it came with everything you could possibly need for a long stay! Being an athlete I travel extensively and this is one of the better experiences I have had. Thank you again for be such gracious hosts and allowing myself and my team to stay at your place!
Our stay in Park City at Bear Hollow Village was excellent. The town home is very spacious with lots of bedrooms/bathrooms and a fantastic kitchen and family room. It is fully equipped with everything you could need to make your vacation stress-free. The location is excellent; very close to The Canyons, great restaurants and shopping in Kimball Junction and just a few miles down the road from Main Street Park City.
My family spent a weekend here and it was wonderful. It really feels like they have thought of everything that could make your stay more enjoyable. The first day we were there we bought tickets to the Utah Olympic Park that was practically in the back yard of the neighborhood. It was such a fun treat! The pool was fun to use and the kids really enjoyed it. The home was very clean and the property manager, Ron was very helpful and kind.
Great ski condo. We had 9 family members ages 4-64. All were quite pleased with the condo. The hot tub was great after skiing all day. The condo complex was quiet and conveniently located for skiing, shopping, and kids activities. The kitchen is large and easy to prepare large family dinners. We will return next year.
We had a terrific vacation at this beautiful, well-equipped home (although we didn't bother with the club house facilities, being too busy skiing). It was just as pictured: clean, well maintained, and spacious enough for seven adults to be extremely comfortable. The owner and manager were both responsive and helpful at all stages. All in all, a wonderful experience. We'd return in a heartbeat!
We had a group of seven for Sundance this year, and this condo offered lots of space. Convenient location (7-10 minute walk to the bus stop), all the amenities we needed, and lots of nice extras, including pans, serving dishes, hand soap, and extra towels/blankets. Park City Rental Properties was friendly, helpful, and made the check-in/out processes easy for us. Would definitely recommend for Sundance, group ski trips, and more! Thanks for a great time, Larry!
We had a terrific time at this luxurious and comfortable home. The accomodations were spacious for the 6 people in our group and could have easily fit 2 or 3 more couples. The house was very clean and in great shape with modern ameneties. The owner was very helpful in communicating logistics and answering any questions we had. Easy access to all of the Park City area mountains and town. I would definitely recomend this property to friends and family or strangers. I will definitely look at staying here for our next trip to Park City.
Our non-profit organization used this condo for our fall retreat. We found it very easy to find and well furnished with everything we needed. We loved the fact that we had our own private jacuzzi on our deck. The kitchen table was large and had enough space for us to meet. All of the furnishings and appliances were in great condition and the place was very clean. We will be back!
This was a great place to stay in Park City! We have stayed in several other properties in Park City and this was by far the most accomodating, best represented and best value for the space that we have found. The owners were very pleasent and easy to work and communicate with. I will be bookmarking this property for future reference!
We stayed at the home in Bear Hollow for our weekend family get together. With 11 of us, it is difficult to find a cozy, warm home that also houses us all comfortably. The home in Bear Hollow was great. Everyone had their own room with plenty of space, and the kitchen and living area had enough seating that we could all enjoy each others company. The hot tub was also a highlight of every night! The location of the home is beautiful as well. Right by Olympic Park you have an amazing view of the fall colors from all sides. We took family pictures after finding a beautiful location we could walk to just a couple blocks away. We will definitely be returning!

Our extended family stayed over Labor Day weekend at this rental, and we loved the home and the location. There were no surprises--everything was exactly as described in the online description. Every area was well-stocked, from the kitchen with all the cookware, utensils, and even spices and cooking oil, to the bedrooms and baths with plenty of towels, pillows, and blankets. this is one property that has everything--no hauling in of linens or kitchen staples required. We were able to park our boat very close to the property as well. The owner was always quick to reply to every inquiry, and his agent in Park City was friendly and helpful too. Even the instruction pamphlet in the home was written in a warm and kind way; some of those are extremely authoritarian and sound downright mean! We went to the outlet mall, Deer Creek reservoir, the Alpine slide, and local restaurants, and everything was fantastic.
I stayed at the townhouse on a girls weekend and we were able to fit 14 adults. It was great to have extra mattresses available to use. They were very accommodating in meeting with us after hours to let us in. They answered all of my questions. The townhouse was very clean and had everything we needed. It is hard to have 14 women all agree that it was a great place to stay...but they did! I would definitely recommend this place to a friend or stay there again. Thanks!
11 members of my family converged on this property from 6 different cities across North America. It was the perfect gathering place. The kitchen and living area were spacious and well equipped. The bedrooms comfortable and private. We couldn't have had a better experience or selected a better place. This property is in an excellent location and is a terrific home. Our family of six enjoyed the ability to cook meals in a well-equipped kitchen and relax after a day of activities. We enjoyed the convenience of the clubhouse with an on-site workout room and swimming pool. We had a great vacation and would highly recommend this property. We had two families 9 total people and the house was perfect, plenty of space for all of us. Close to grocery stores, malls and the softball fields we had to play at since we were there for the TCS. We had a great time at the Olympic Park too. The house is beautiful and had everything we needed and more. We will be coming back again soon! Thanks for the use of your beautiful home! :-)
We had a wonderful stay in park city and enjoyed the townhome very much. It had everything we needed. We especially enjoyed the swimming pool and the hot tub on the back deck. The kitchen was well equipped and there was plenty of toilet paper, soap, etc. in the bathrooms. There were even pool towels available. The pictures were very accurate. It is easily accessible to Salt Lake City and close to the outlet mall. We enjoyed visiting the Olympic Ski Jump! It was awesome! Would love to stay here again and would definitely recommend it to family or friends.
This was a great place to stay in Park City. A quick drive to all three resorts or the grocery stores next to the interstate. The house was beautiful and had great furniture in all rooms. The hot tub on the porch was used regularly, as was the big kitchen. Definitely recommend for big groups!
An excellent vacation property located in Bear Hollow which is in close proximity to numerous top notch ski resorts. Townhouse was very clean and perfect for our group. It had all the amenities we needed including a nice hot tub which was very relaxing after a long day of skiing. Would definitely rent this property again for a future trip.
We returned to this Bear Hollow home for the third year in a row during the Sundance film festival. It is the perfect location to skiing and downtown Park City as well as the Redstone shopping center across the street. The owner and propert managers are very accommodating. The house is always clean upon arrival and has all of thenmaenties you need including a pantry with many cooking supplies, hot tub with towels, hair dryers in each bathroom, boot dryers, surround sound system, dual zone hvac, Ralph Lauren bedding, and open gathering space which includes the kitchen, dining and living rooms. We used the board games this time which made for a fun night in. At such a great value it would be hard to stay anywhere else!
We stayed in this house with three couples and had a great, hassle-free experience! The place is clean, even the hot tub -- not to be taken for granted. The furniture is nice. The kitchen area combines well with the dining area as a hang out space, and it overflows into the living room a few steps down. Great for a small group. Bear hollow is a great location. Quicker from the airport and a 5 min drive to the Canyons. 10 minute drive to Main St. Larry and the property manager were great to deal with!
This was the second time we stayed at this townhome. We loved it as much the second time as the first. The accomodations are spacious and beautiful. There's plenty of room for everyone. We enjoyed shopping, visiting, relaxing, and enjoying the hot tub. I would definitely recommend renting this property. The owner and the property manager are both friendly and great to work with.
This unit is perfect for multiple families. We stayed with two other families for a week long baseball tournament and it is ideal with plenty of room for all. Great location, amenities and the boys loved the den for their own! Kitchen is super nice and what a plus to have air conditioning which many of our other families that had different units in the same complex did not have. We would definitely stay again!
The property manager was the best with which I have ever dealt. I can't say enough good things about him. The property was very good even though we only used it for sleeping arrangements. We rented a much larger home in Park City that was terrible.

We stayed at this property with another family for a family reunion and could not have been more pleased with our experience. Anything we could possibly need, from kitchen appliances to swim noodles for the pool were provided. The home was in excellent condition as well--very clean and well maintained. The owners are conscientious and friendly. Would highly recommend this property.
We try to keep our place well stocked with extra items that kids would enjoy such as board games, videos, snow play equipment such as saucers and sleds and pool toys.
My family came to Utah for my wedding and I needed a place for 12 or more people to stay and let me just say "this is the place". All of my family enjoyed their stay and loved the comfort that the home provided. They were able to use the hot tub and the pool and they loved the kitchen. The dining table provided a great place for family games and they were able to do work and school by using the wireless internet. The bedrooms and bathrooms were clean and awesome for my family. The house was close to the outlets, WalMart, movie theaters, and all the cool things that Park City has to offer. Overall, this is the place to stay if you're looking for comfort and a relaxing place to stay while you're in Park City. The best thing is that the owner was willing to work with me over long distance and very friendly.
The girls in my family go to Park City every year for a girl's weekend. We have stayed in this condo two years now and have very much enjoyed it. Next year we will look for the availability for this one again. The owner and property manager are quick to answer emails and phone calls. We enjoyed the Utah Olympic Park, the Red Stone and outlet shopping areas, as well as local dining while we were there. A great trail is close by to run, walk, or take a bike ride.

We had such a wonderful time on our trip, and staying in this house was just the icing on the cake. Perfect amount of rooms and bathrooms, great kitchen/living room setup for socialization... Grill, Hot Tub, and central location easy to get to Ski Resorts and grocery stores, and just a short cab ride in the Music Taxi to the Main St. Park City nightlife!!! I would definitely rent this home again.

We have stayed here twice with large groups (10 and 14) and the house accommodated everyone. Plenty of towels, sheets/blankets and place settings for all. Jacuzzi and grill are excellent and the house is well decorated and very homey. Easy access to Canyons/Park City/Deer Valley and 30-45min from Cottonwood Canyon resorts. Owner is very nice and easy to deal with. All information on VRBO was accurate and I highly recommend this rental!
This is a very nice condo with 5 distinct bedrooms that make it nice for privacy if you have several people. Proximity to grocery stores and the slopes made it ideal for us. The condo was stocked with all of the essentials needed for cooking and relaxing. Thanks for letting us use your place. Craig
We have stayed in a few different townhomes in Bear Hollow Village. This is by far the most well-stocked place we've stayed in. We had everything we needed. There is tons of space. It is really nice and well worth the price. It was clean and maintained well. The homeowner was great to work with as were his property managers. They were very friendly and accomodating to our schedule. We had a great time and hope to come back! I highly recommend staying in this vacation property.
We had a group of 7 guys who stayed here in early March. This group has been to British Columbia, Colorado, California, and New England but nothing beats Utah. All 7 fit comfortably into this place- we hit 5 different mountains which were all within an hour's drive- a couple far closer. All bathrooms worked well, kitchen is fantastic, and it's got a nice inviting layout. The plan is to return to Utah next year and as long as we have 7 or less people, we will most definitely be looking to stay here again.
We had 8 adults staying at condo and also utilized it for team meetings for sundance group it was so cozy and fresh and clean, The quality decor and up to date kitchen made me look real good as the hostess for our event ! Perfecly located for our needs; 1/2 mile from whole foods, and oulets , 10min or so from sundance we had perfect stay!!'
We brought a group of 12 for Sundance and skiing and had a blast! The house has a great setup for groups, and is very conveniently located to skiing, shopping, and downtown Park City. Everyone slept comfortably and really enjoyed the house. We'd most definitely recommend staying here to everyone. We hope to be back very soon!
We had a total of 7 in our group and the house was great for us! The living room and bed rooms are very comfortable and the layout of the house accomodates a big number comfortably. The location is great - right near the shops in Redstone and convenient to downtown and all the ski areas too.
We had a wonderful stay! October 2009, a group of 11 women went for a girl's weekend. This place was plenty big enough for all of us to mingle and visit. Beds were comfortable and we were able to enjoy the hot tub. Close to shopping at the Outlet Mall. We will deffinatly return.
The town home was wonderful! Our family had ample space and all of the ammenities we could ever need. It was so clean and comfortable.
